Scott Gigstad, Dietitian Engagement Events

April 15 – 21: Scott Gigstad, chairman of the Kansas Soybean Association, participated in an event that connects dietetics students from K-State and KU with the farmers who raise their food. The goal of these events is to build trust in the food system and the safe, sustainable practices farmers use.
