  • ½ cup soy cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup soy sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  1. In mixing bowl, combine soy cream cheese, soy sour cream and chili powder.
  2. Spread mixture on serving platter.
  3. Layer remaining ingredients: salsa, lettuce, cheese and tomato.
  4. Serve with Baked Mexican Crisps.
