Taco Dip
- ½ cup soy cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup soy sour cream
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup chopped tomato

- In mixing bowl, combine soy cream cheese, soy sour cream and chili powder.
- Spread mixture on serving platter.
- Layer remaining ingredients: salsa, lettuce, cheese and tomato.
- Serve with Baked Mexican Crisps.
