St. Patrick’s Day Dip
  • 1 cup frozen shelled edamame, cooked
  • 3 kosher baby dill pickles
  • ½ cup (4 ounces) cream cheese
  • ½ cup (4 ounces) sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 Tablespoons tiger sauce

Place edamame and pickles in food processor. Chop until a fine texture. Add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt and tiger sauce to mixture, and blend until thoroughly mixed. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with pita chips or crackers.
