Simple ’n’ Sassy Dip
  • 1 16-ounce can refried beans
  • 1 cup soy sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 4 Tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives, drained

In medium bowl, combine beans, soy sour cream, salsa and taco seasoning. Place in serving bowl. Top with cheese and olives. Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
