Grilled Sesame Beef Kebabs

  • 1 pound boneless beef-sirloin steak (1 inch thick)
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel

Cut steak into 1-inch pieces and place in resealable plastic bag. Add soy sauce, lime juice, vegetable oil, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds and lime peel to bag, and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour. Remove steak from marinade, and discard marinade. Thread meat on skewers and cook on grill over medium coals to desired doneness.
