Grilled KC Strip Steak With Herbs
- 3 Tablespoons Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
- 2 Tablespoons soy cream cheese
- 2 Tablespoons margarine
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme or chives)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8 ounces) boneless KC strip beef steak

Combine Gorgonzola cheese, soy cream cheese and margarine in small mixing bowl; set aside. Brush both sides of beef steak with vegetable oil. Reserve 1 teaspoon of herb mixture; pat remaining herbs on both sides of steak. Grill steaks over medium heat for desired doneness. Before serving, top steak with cheese mixture and sprinkle with reserved herb mixture.
