Edamame Dip
  • ⅔ cup canned fire-roasted corn, drained
  • ⅔ cup edamame, cooked and cooled
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated colby jack cheese
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons canned, diced green chiles
  • 1 Tablespoon finely chopped green onion
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, and blend well. Serve with chips.

Makes 2 cups
